1、Try to make it quickly delivery. our record is 28 mins from order to be delivered. Even the cost will be higher than the common delivery,but we are definely understanding our clients to make it happen right now
2、Try to not to disturb our clients when we got problem. Our clients only see that order has been delivered successfully,but behind this? we won’t tell. Sometimes,the phone number is incorrect,but we’ll still send it to the address,if the address is not imcomplete,we’ll ask the neighbours or the door guard. If still can’t find the recipient,we’ll come back to shop and prepare for the next delivery. All this,it happen silent.we won’t tell our clients how hard to send the order,and we won’t charge more for the extra part.
